Space Heroes Holdings LLC provides software development, websites, apps, AI integrations, automations, payment-ready digital platforms, business systems, support and related services. Final scope, timeline, pricing and deliverables are defined in the applicable estimate, invoice, proposal or written agreement.

Quotes and payments

Prices may vary based on project scope, third-party tools, hosting, domains, payment processors, subscriptions, integrations and additional client requests. Third-party fees are separate unless expressly included in writing.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, approvals, content, credentials, feedback and access needed to complete the project. Delays in approvals or required materials may affect delivery timelines.

SMS terms

By opting in through our web form or another approved consent method, you agree to receive SMS messages from Space Heroes Holdings LLC for account notifications and customer care. Messages may include project updates, quote or appointment confirmations, invoice or payment notices, support replies and service follow-ups.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, final approved project assets created specifically for a client may be used by that client after payment is complete. Space Heroes Holdings LLC may retain rights to reusable code, internal tools, templates, processes and know-how.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Space Heroes Holdings LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages related to website use, third-party platforms, downtime, data loss or service interruptions.
